Fantastic! Out of the ordinary availability and kindness, which I have not found in any other atelier, as well as obviously a great professionalism and passion in one's work. First of all, during the appointments, the atelier is completely dedicated to a single bride and so is Patrizia and her assistants, thus already demonstrating a customer care that is not for everyone. Patrizia is also a person of uncommon availability and sensitivity, despite the situation she managed to stay close to her brides with unique attention, reassuring and pampering us. A beautiful relationship has been established, far beyond the banal customer-supplier relationship. And this also by putting us brides in contact in order to exchange advice and help each other. At first I went without the slightest idea of which dress was right for me, but thanks to everyone's patience I was able to find the perfect dress. I am sure that I could not have found better, neither in terms of dress nor in terms of experience, which I can say was wonderful in every part. I really couldn't ask for better! In fact, I'm recommending Patrizia to all my friends who ask me for advice. Everything was perfect, I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend it to everyone, I'm 100% sure that you will absolutely not regret it and that you too will live the wonderful experience that I too!
